USING CONTACTLESS OR ERA RFID CARD

STEP 1: Tap contactless or RFID card on the payment terminal. This is located to the left of the charger.

STEP 2: Follow the instructions on screen to connect your vehicle

STEP 3: To finish your charging session, press ‘stop’ on screen and you will be asked to swipe your payment method again

STEP 4: Return your connector to the terminal

USING THE ERA APP

Step 1: Plug in your vehicle

Step 2: Open the app on your mobile phone and ensure that the correct charger is selected (the charger ID is found on each charger and starts with 000)

Step 3: Start your charging session via the app

Step 4: Finish you session via the app and return the connector to the terminal
